They will able to escort you to Cemoro Lawang which is the last village before entering Mount Bromo area. There are a few hotels and homestay that you can choose that suitable for your budget. But we recommend the hotel staying instead of homestay because the facility is better. Most of the homestays are basic facilities and it’s better to book the hotels/homestay a week or earlier before arriving in Cemoro Lawang Village because this village has limited supply for the rooms especially the holiday season.
From Probolinggo Train Station, there only 1 option that you can take based on your arrival time. We recommend taking a shuttle car operated by local agencies to reach Cemoro Lawang Village or any hotel/homestay close to Mount Bromo.
3. Getting to Mount Bromo from Yogyakarta by Private Car:
